I、Training 

If we are luckily enough to have the contract with your company for this 

project, we will be willing to organize your administrators and technicians for 

training programs of how to properly use the greenhouse. 

II、Counseling 

1、Knowledge and collaboration about plant pathology and plant 

environmental protection.

2、Knowledge about landscape layout/design.

3、Knowledge about the design and construction of the greenhouse, 

problems during construction and scheme and suggestions in operation.  

4、Installation and usage of matching facilities and fittings of greenhouse.

5、Information about planting and breeding, like techniques on planting and 

nursing, the introduction, cultivation and promotion of new cultivars. 

III、Other Services

1、We provide service on interior scheme of greenhouse and information on 

cultivating plants.

2、We help our clients to compile feasibility reports on agricultural program 

and commercial operation service.

3、Sponsored by experts and professors of CAU, we are competent to 

provide our clients with reliable layout and operation schemes.

4、We co-build experimental industry base with clients through adopting 

advanced technologies of CAU.

5、We recommend promptly the latest technologies and research results to our 

clients.

6、We will periodically mail feedback questionnaires to our clients to help 

them solve problems rapidly. 

IV、Fittings & Maintenance 

1、One year maintenance guarantee is available if we are luckily enough to 

have the contract with your company for this project. If any problems like 

machining, installation or quality, occurs, we will help our clients to 

repair or change new ones. If the damage is caused by improper use or 

some God-like reasons, we provide our clients with the help of repairing, 

but the cost of materials must be paid by clients.

2、We would arrive at the scene the day we receive our client’s notice if any

 problems occurred during operation.

3、Three days after completion, we would inform clients to transfer the 

project.

 What will be transferred include:

（1）Completion files (including construction record, quality certificate of the

 product and specifications etc.)

（2）Tools and spare parts.

V、Periodical Maintenance 

We provide two years of maintenance. During the two years, we will arrive

at the construction site to examine and maintain the greenhouse every 

four months.
